The outline of the workshop was:

Part 1:

• Men, what makes them tick
• 6 mistakes women make
• Dating & Relationship tips

Part 2:

• 4 basic personality types
• Your family relationship patterns
• Your fears and how to over come them

Part 3:

• Putting it all together – Your relationship profile, body language and communication tools

I found the workshop to be very informative and left with some wonderful tips on some of the issues I have with regards to relationships and it gave me the opportunity to evaluate what I wanted in a relationship.  It was also very interesting to find out what makes men tick and the common mistakes women make which ultimately can bring about heartache in a relationship.

I attended the Profile Club “Find Love and Improve your Relationships” workshop with Jo on Saturday at Youngblood Gallery in Cape Town.
